I contacted Sean to get some underpinning done on our house we had bought that needed renovating. He was quick to come round and quote me on the job and the job was completed fairly quickly and exactly as planned. Sean was easy to get hold of and responsive to any questions I had.

I needed piling for my extension, so I contacted a few companies, from which I came across Sean at GTM Piling, being sceptical initially but his reviews and communication comforted me to go ahead with GTM Piling. I must say i made the right decision to go with GTM Piling.

From the first point of communication, his competitive quotation, professionalism to completion Sean did an excellent job. Sean is a man of his word, what he agreed with me he did but also went beyond, he has great knowledge in this function which helps even if you do not know how it all comes together (like me) he explained the full process.

I wanted the job done soon as due my project being stalled on piling, Sean was busy but he fitted me in on a weekend and got my project moving again, Sean and his team came in on the weekend and got the job done exactly like he said.
He made relevant suggestions which helped my builder to accelerate the project. Building reg inspector cam in on a Monday and signed off where then Sean arranged for the concrete and got that sorted ready for the brick work to start. Sean is helpful in his advise and work ethics are very professional. Without a doubt I would hire Sean next time if services are required.

Sean did an excellent job. He even came back to jet spray the communal parking lot after the management company requested that the residue be cleared. It wasn’t an issue on our end but Sean was more than happy to return with his lads. He also sent us photos after the job was done. Fantastic communication!

Well I'been in the Conservatory business since 1988 (32 years) and i have built my last 2 houses. I have to say both Sean and Ash his right hand man are both utter professionals. I've seen it all over the years but to meet a company that not only does what they say they will but to go that extra mile is a credit to you Sean and a breath of fresh air these days.
Nothing was too much trouble from protecting my lawn to cleaning up at the end of each day. Sean was always available by phone and email before i gave him the job. He answered all my questions and returned e-mails the same day.
The job has been undertaken exactly how Sean said it would and the finished job is 100% perfect.

After getting quotes from multiple companies for foundation work for 3 new builds, Sean seemed the most reasonably priced, flexible and most communicative out of the companies. He completed the work on-time and to the engineers spec.I will be using him for future projects. Would highly recommend him for any foundation jobs.
