On 11th March the work began .
Kitchen and flooring stripped out and disposed off.
New floor laid over next 2 days, next week kitchen.completed

I engaged Gurra Construction Ltd to perform a full refurbishment of a flat after getting a number of quotes. My priorities were to find a single company that could do all the work (namely demolition and associated waste removal, rewiring, plumbing, installation of underfloor heating and insulation, replastering, installation of kitchen, bathroom, vinyl flooring and a new boiler, tiling, painting and decorating throughout etc.) and manage the project in-house.

From start to finish, Erigels and his team did a fantastic job all round. I was kept up to date on costs, and Erigels would always go out to market and compare prices for the various materials and work I'd sought to have done.

The end result far exceeded my expectations. The flat itself was constructed in the 60s and had never been refurbished. During the course of the project, Erigels was able to identify and fix a number of pre-existing deficiencies and if any issues arose we discussed solutions constructively, all of which were implemented to a high standard.

Overall, Gurra Construction Ltd have impressed me with their professionalism, efficiency, diligence and commitment to their work. Most importantly, Erigels is a genuinely good and honest person and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for a small or large-scale job.

Erigels and his team did a great job, I'm delighted with the results! They were friendly, punctual, professional, tidy and extremely hard working. I initially had Erigels visit to quote a number of pieces of work, all the quotes seemed honest, reasonable and cheaper compared to competitors. I chose to have our kitchen floor replaced with tiles and I was delighted with the results, and have now since just had our shower mixer and door replaced and they have done a stellar job once more. Any future renovations I will definitely be going back to Erigels and team, they are the best!
