I first visited Halden Heights when an old friend of ours was a resident, and saw how well he was being looked after..So when the time was drawing near for my husband to require full time care, I was very keen to look around and meet the staff. Very quickly I realised that this is where I wanted him to be for his and my peace of mind. I visit often and always feel so welcomed, and we have both commented on the wonderful atmosphere in the place.
Well done Sam, Daisy and all the staff. You have truly created a Home from Home. Thank you.

Putting an elderly parent into a nursing home is a big decision. In taking that step, Halden Heights provided assistance and advice at every turn, even visiting my Father in hospital to assess him. The staff are kind and helpful; the place is bright, modern and warm, the grounds have a beautiful outlook but most important of all is the knowledge that my Dad is safe and well cared for.

We can’t thank all of you so very much enough for everything you did to look after our Auntie Carol who we adore.
She couldn’t have been in a better place to recover from her terrible accident October 2022 , now after many months she is back to her home and doing amazingly well all thanks to your wonderful care, expertise, compassion and patience to get her better, a long journey indeed.
All our visits were such a pleasure and you so kindly welcomed us, family and friends too with such warmth.

There are not enough words to express how amazing the staff are in this well run establishment.
