Beautiful Victorian building, fantastic iron work ceiling. They're currently doing renovations so there's a bit of scaffolding around but the inside clock tower that they've finished is spectacular. It's just a pity that quite a few of the stalls are shut/closed down, perhaps people aren't using it as much so they're not making any profit. The stalls I did see include; cafes, small electrical goods, phone shop, clothes, meat, materials to name a few.

Accessories in the Borough Market Hall are one if the best ladies shops EVER !!! If you like your lLagenlook, vintage and / or quirky this really is the shop to visit!!!
Christine, the owner, has taken on a second unit & her vibrant displays of scarves, brollies, dresses, tops, costume jewellery etc etc shouldn't be missed regardless of the occasion you're shopping for or when you feel like treating yourself & us ladies have one of those now and again !!
I've shopped with Christine more or less since she opened as I love the Lagenlook style. Her range plus now accessorise the choice is fabulous & so many styles & sizes I really can't imagine anyone being disappointed. Her pricing is also very fair and as I've shopped in several similar shops over many years I've found her prices to be very reasonable & a good deal in comparison. I daren't say how much today's ' little treat' cost me but I've got some lovely items that I'll really enjoy wearing. Thanks to Christine and Janet, 15/10 and very much deserved, thank you x x

There's a cafe right in the centre of the market. They do a really good fruity curry chicken and half rice and half chips brilliant. And the chips are great. Good friendly service prices are very good. Give it a try. We love it.

There is lots of choice on the different stalls here I like it for a good browse although some of the prices have shot up
There is a real good cafe just inside the entrance from the main street where they did a beaut sausage butty.Another important thing is that there are public loos inside, vital !! .If you do craft or knitting this market is well worth a visit.

Today, whilst in Halifax, I had a look around this lovely,
The place was clean and well looked after
There was a host of stalls/shops selling virtually everything from food to all sorts of clothes and electrical items
The place was clean well run and the stalls sold good produce.
There were cafes in here and in the centre of this market there is a lovely wood and brass clock

The architecture was 10/10!!! - Really friendly staff with a nice selection of stalls. I brought lovely flowers from here. 🐁🐁
