Very friendly staff and clean little cafe, food was lovely too.

Been into the cafe a few times recently. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is both great value and tasty.
28.01.20 till 31.01.20 ......,£3.50 buys u homemade meat and potato pie with mushy peas and homemade crumble and custard. Portions aren't huge but not to be expected at such a bargain price.
Well worth a visit if your in Halifax ..Tue-Fri between 10-2.
I believe there starting afternoon teas also ... Worth asking if u r looking for something different or a small gathering !

I go with friends each week for cuppa tea and bacon sandwich. It's in support of the Christian street Pastors who do great work with the homeless community. You can also pay money forward in a collection for those who can't afford to pay. A lovely place.

What a lovely group of people the Halifax Street Angels are.
I am not from Halifax but tonight I visited Halifax Victoria theatre. On leaving the theatre I was unable to find my car.
The wonderful street angels looked after my 86 year old mum in their cafe and helped me find my car. Can't thank them enough . X

Amazingly friendly and extremely flexible when it comes to food. If you need dairy, wheat or gluten free they will be able to accommodate. Yet you would be hard to find anywhere cheaper. Premises small and basic but clean and welcoming.
