I am a regular volunteer, but had the opportunity to get out there and support the team. It was a great experience and I really enjoyed engaging with the public and signposting where required. Amazing to be able to help for this cause.

I have always wanted to volunteer but I didn't know where to start and what to expect. I'm glad that I got a chance to volunteer with Mind and it has been a life changing experience for me and looking forwards to doing much more. Much appreciation to Nicholas for the welcoming environment and for everyone who took their time to listen and give back to the society.

My sessions were with Coco Zu. She was extremely calming and inspirational, creating a safe space where we could work together. As a result, I have made substantial progress. The support you offer is exceptional and Coco is a consummate therapist!

Thank you for the experience /Supported Self-help Programme. I appreciate your help.

When decided to join the program I didn't have any big expectation. What was good surprise I really find the sessionsions meaningful for me. The person who listen, not judging, offer some helpful insights..have a big effect.

I found the phone call sessions & email communication a good way, flexible.

If I could continue I would really welcome that option.
I thing longer phone call sessions and for longer period of time would be even more useful.

Anyway thank you for your help, I believe it's very important to improve someone's life and becoming better version of ourselves.

Rubbish, there is no long term help for mental health in London, it's all to do with money and budget, I was told to go private if I want help what a joke.
