A very big thank you to Noorjahan Mursheda Khanam for helping me with my case issue. Noorjahan is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and kind person I have ever experienced. She will always try to make time and also try to accommodate with warm support.
She is very professional advocacy and accommodating and assisted me all through the process with full success achieved with my case.
I could not have done this without great help from HAD and mostly Noorjahan. She always delivers quality which in returns gives success to all the team in HAD organisation.
Please keep up the quality of work you always provide for the HAD Team and also as an individual.
Hope to deal with you again soon.
God Bless

I went in person to HAD a few years ago maybe in 2018/2019 to ask for assistance and they were very unhelpful and actually quite rude. More recently I have tried to contact them in an attempt to get an advocate. It’s been 3 months now and no one has gotten back to me. I’ve called countless times and emailed and no one has bothered to get back to me. Apparently there is only one advocate and they can only pass messages to this person via email and this person doesn’t work in the office. I find this service quite appalling I don’t know who they are supposedly helping

Called them and left a message as no 9ne answered. Someone called me back but I was unable to pick up the phone so they left a voice message. I called back TWICE and left TWO messages and no one has been in touch since. It's been a week and I think that is unacceptable to be honest. I really needed some advice and was working to a deadline and this has really messed me up! I would not recommend this service to anyone else who needs assistance, it's a gamble as to whether someone will get back to you. DISAPPOINTING....

Terrible association after charging us I struggled for months to save my mother's pension these idiots gave her money away to the people who tried to have put in a care home for years and all they needed was an eemail and a invoice. The worst association ever with monkeys at the helm. Don't waste your money or your time.
