i had been with this practise for decades without issue. its always been hard to get an appointment because theyre busy
was my thinking . i moved to seaford and they wiped me from their books and left me without medication without notice. thank god i moved. my new practise sorted a script within 48 hours.

Phoned Tuesday 09.15 hrs 7 in queue arranged doctor appointment for 11.15hrs same day. Was seen on time problem dealt with. All good. Follow up appointments booked at ground floor reception. Physio and blood test. All was smooth and efficient.

I really have had no problems with any of the staff at the surgery. I have always found the ladies on reception to be friendly and helpful.
I've managed to secure appointments at times that suit me, and I've been treated with respect and kindness. I have been heard and not rushed during appointments and this for me is a massive bonus. It's clean and tidy also.

I moved into the area just under a year ago and found Havenhealth. I went to them to register, and they told me all will be after the weekend. A few weeks later, I had to phone them, and i was told I was not registered, as someone seemed to have lost all my paperwork I had filled out when I was there. Month later, after getting registered, I went to get my medical examination certificate renewed. It was a good week later, I phoned havenhealth as I did not receive an email, I was not they did not have my paperwork. The second time, they lost paperwork. Not at all very good.

If I could rate zero I would! Absolutely abysmal. You can never get an appointment! Your medical problem is never ever important enough to actually get an appointment with an actual doctor! Absolute disgrace but living. In Peacehaven we are held to ransom as there are not other surgeries. Genuinely wish I could move out of the area just to receive some proper medical care as I have never known anything like it before in my life!

Recently moved to Peacehaven. Registering at the health centre was very easy, received follow up phone call. Just had my first appointment and it was excellent. All the staff very friendly and professional. Well done! Very impressive

Moved into the area a year ago and registered with this practice and have had nothing but great professional service across numerous visits. Queuing on the phone lines to get an appointment can be a little challenging sometimes but you get that at most surgeries these days.
