These are the wonderful and pleasant staff who cared for my mother over her final two weeks, they treated her with absolute dignity and personal care, and removed a great deal of stress from ourselves during this very difficult time.

Nobody wants a loved one in a home or hospice. My family member didn’t pass here, however they were treated to the highest standard I can think possible.

I thank the wonderful staff, no request was an issue and they made their patients comfortable. The site is spotless, the food is to an excellent standard and made fresh. They make sure patients are up and out of bed every day, to be cleaned and for general mobility.

Thank you Havens for your hard work and compassion.
