Found the lady I spoke to with an Australian Accent very quick and impatient, seemed to want to talk a lot very quickly but no action or follow up or any results with that awful Milton Keynes University Hospital, didn’t really know why she was there for or getting paid to do what! Didn’t follow anything through but seemed to get fed up when chased.
