An excellent all-round service. This organisation is efficient, the people professional and competent, kind and caring.
My experience of the process from ear wax removal, contact with the service, appointment making through to testing and aid fitting - with the lovely Afua - was exactly what I hoped for.
NHS funding is shrewdly spent. Fantastic value for money.

Looked after my husband well and wete very friendly. It's a shame the politicians are privatising the NHS through the back door by commissioning services out to private companies.....but that being said....we wouldn't have had the speedy and lovely service we had if we had to wait for the GP practice.

Kindness and consideration were the order of the day by the staff. Everything was explained fully. The building is light and bright with no hospital type smell. Altogether a very positive experience.

This was the first time that I've been to these premises, I was greeted with a warm welcome.
I was called into a consulting room, & the lady audiologist listened carefully & took notes of my hearing problem.
I was given a series of tests, & then into a sound proof chamber for more tests. She supplied me with new hearing aids & instructions, as well as literature to read up on.
I was very impressed with the service & professionalism.
I would recommend this organisation.

Very caring and respectful staff. No GP recommendation is required to book an appointment. I was in and out in 10 minutes as no treatment was needed. £50 is reasonable for peace of mind.

Absolutely brilliant service. The lady who did my ears was fantastic and explained everything. She really went above and beyond. The chap supporting her was very nice too so all in all..... BRILLIANT. So much better than the NHS/GP shambles.
