I have just moved my lovely cousin to Heatherside Rest Home in Hook.
She is really very elderly and on move day all the very helpful and caring staff made us all feel very welcome and done as much as they could to assist in what could have been a stressful time for Kay, I just wanted to write a positive review as it is very much deserved.
Well done to the team and thank you very much for your professionalism and kindness.
