I'd been looking for a black bag for about a year but couldn't find the right size/style (new or pre-loved). However, today I found the perfect size and style, it was a designer label too. The manager was so helpful. I've been in many times before and things are always so well presented. It's always worth popping in!

I managed to pick up a brand new toy tractor and trailer from Windsor recently. The staff were so friendly and helpful and although this was a window display, they were more than happy for me to disrupt their day and collect whilst trying to deal with customers and all with such a positive attitude. Called to find out if the shop was open so I could drop off donations. Paula or Paulina seemed irritated, questioned how many bags I was bringing as they don't have enough storage. It's not so much the message but it's the tone. I would think donations would be welcome. I'll be taking my donations elsewhere which is a shame as this is the charity I support.
