I had so many trainers, clothes and stationary to donate and was grateful that Help2Collect arranged a next day delivery for my area 3 weeks ago.
The gentleman that collected the the multiple bags was polite and professional.
Thanks to the lady that spoke with me on the phone and stayed in contact with driver to ensure all bags were collected on day as I was going on holiday that night.

Very easy to book. I was able to arrange the pickup just two days after I requested it. The driver arrived at 9am which was perfect timing for us and we didn’t need to leave the bag in the communal hallway or wait around. Finally, it’s a shame I didn’t get the driver’s name as he was delightful! A really smiley helpful friendly guy, very sweet.

I first used this company in July 2024. I had never donated before but had a huge load of clothes and toys and baby items my kids had grown out of. I cannot fault the service. They were easy to locate on Google. They responded promptly to my donation request, and once i confirmed by email they showed up at my door step on the allocated date to collect all my items. I was so impressed I have just rebooked for them to do another delivery. There are a vast variety of things they collect so I would highly recommend using their service and allowing any old items to go to a great charitable cause.

Cannot fault the service at all. I’ve used help 2 collect twice before and just booked in for a third. It makes donating large amounts so easy and the communication is also so easy and responses are very quick! Always been a pleasure 😊
