Hbh has the potential to be a great spectacular place but unfortunately it's ceo is an aggressive bully that is only interested in massaging his own ego.
Even my probation officer said "oh isn't he aggressive"

Trying to locate the site is not straightforward, it has no decent signage outside at all and is at the end of a dead-end road. Dropped off some Christmas cheer a couple of days before Christmas, gates were locked so couldn't access it unless had a phone to call a mobile number listed on the gate! Fortunately, as I was about to give up (didn't have a phone), a gentleman came out of the gate to have a cigarette, so left my box with him.

Thank you for your response, I missed sign clearly and didn't have a phone to call! It all worked out in end! Happy New Year everyone!
