An ok place to live especially when there are little options. Even though covid has happened its really lacking in the support department especially when it's supposed to be a resettlement scheme. Here I am almost two years later still sharing a house with no hope of a home for me and my daughter!
I have addressed this situation a number of times with staff and expressed my worry and concerns and have been told things are being done but it doesnt seem like it. I am powerless in this situation and I'm relying on the support of staff to help get me where I need to be.

Stayed for about 6 months was in the process of moving on to a halfway house when I became ill at a friend's and physically couldn't get back by walking so they kicked me out and kept my rent that I was in credit with and half of my personal belongings were never returned you might as well be in a prison coz that's how bad it actually is

These people are the best as they help people get back on there feet again if you have been in trouble or down on you luck. This place will help. My friend got separated from his partner and lost his house. He know has his own flat thanks to these people. They help with people with mental health problems.

My son was resident here for a mere 10 days before they chose to evict him despite him making a genuine mistake and apologising profusely, a certain worker "Caroline" was particularly cold and lacking in empathy. My son was evicted without crucial personal belongings, he is a vulnerable adult and cannot live rough because he has lots of health and medical problems!
I will be meeting with Norman Lamb MP later today where i will be making him aware of how these hostels are run!
