Had a family party here lastnight and the staff were excellent. Really friendly. Drinks very reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a function room.

Used the centre for a few things. The cafe which is nice, good choice, prices fair and friendly staff. The children's hub. Free sessions, staff are lovely, a range of activities and a really nice atmosphere. The room upstairs for functions I've attended and the space is decent and can hold quite a few and with a bar, slightly warm in the summer though. Toilets available and a few other services but not sure exactly what. Free parking outside but can be a bit busy and struggle to find a space. There is plenty of spaces just not enough at busy periods. I'm not sure if it's just hetton centre parking but people using the baths use the car park. Central and close to the shops, swimming pool and a park right near. Clean inside

Went there to watch a football match, great views whether you're standing or sitting, good toilet facilities, and food available on site, although there was a large queue for food, having said that the ground was packed so I would expect the service to be slow.

What a great place and friendly helpful staff, i only popped in for assistance in printing something, what a lovely place for local people to catch up and allow their kids to play in a safe warm and clean environment.

I was there to watch Sunderland Ladies play Burnley in an cup game preliminary round. A good game that Sunderland won 2 0 to qualify for the cup games. I was there with my granddaughter, there's a cafe and toilets though limited parking. Seating undercover in the stand and I'll be there to support the exciting Sunderland Ladies very soon, highly recommend the football and the ground.
