Having been through difficult times in the past I was put in touch with these amazing people. They helped me so much, I cannot thank them enough and now I'm back on my feet it is partially thanks to them. Truly wonderful people

The organisation responded quickly to my emails. Its mission statement is commendable. However, I was concerned about the way items were loaded into the van without much care and attention. I donated a new bed, the headboard which was velvet fabric, was put on the floor of the van, fabric side down and the fabric bed base was loaded on top.of the van in the rain which meant it was going to be soaked by the time the van returned to the warehouse. This was pointed out to the driver and that there was room inside the van but he said he had another bed to collect. I did call the office and they said they would contact the driver, hopefully this has resoved the issue so the items donated are not ruined by the time they arrive at base.
