High Trees is the best place to go if you really want to improve yourself in many ways. The staff in the centre is so professional, kind and supportive. My teacher Dorota is the best English teacher in the universe and I can highly recommend going and studying with her. She helped me a lot to develop my knowledge and to reach my goal, even though it was hard to believe that it is possible for the short time I had.

I did the youth hub bounceback scheme with a seemingly insincere lady who unfortunately did not make getting my first job a comfortable experience. Neither was she eager to help my mum find her own job, even though working with those her age seemed to something the website offers. I’ve spent a lot of time processing my experience. Does not seem like they are apt with working with those with disabilities or mental health issues, but I’m not sure of the rest of the support, courses, tutors, building etc- maybe they are okay.

Very bad experience trying too book an appointment with them, don't recommend...
High Trees was recommended to me by a local library but after booking an appointment, I got a phone call and the person was extremely rude, not helpful and didn't take me seriously.

Don't waste your time going there.

High Trees is very resourceful and courses offered are great enough to lead learners in the direction they choose to go. The tutors are highly trained, qualified, full of expertise and professionalism.
I'm happy the day I discovered High Trees iñ 2002. I have done so much accredited training courses and gotten lots of personal & moral support such as family counselling and career advice to name a few.
High Trees is very recognised and recommendable to everyone. Easy access to transport.

I went in for the first time cause l always past it so many times when l'm in a bus travelling. The place is not that big. They got some computer rooms two or three rooms there.
