A Message From Our Managing Director - Thomas Donohue

Welcome to our Home! When I opened my first home in 2021, I was immensely proud of the achievement and had very strong ideas about how I wanted it to run. I wanted each resident to be treated as an individual, to enjoy a comfortable, well-appointed environment, be cared for by highly skilled, trained carers and most of all, to feel at home. Now I am pleased to say that we still have the same ideals – to provide a friendly, safe and at-home feel but with high quality professional care.

Our home has a slightly different ambience, which means we can provide a home from home experience.

The ongoing success of Brighter Bloom Healthcare Group, hinges on the team of staff. All of our Director, Management Team and Senior Leads are committed to providing the same standards of care as I am, and this is reflected in the popularity and high occupancy of our homes.

A mark of this faith in our care (and the best advertisement I can think of) is that many of our own staff choose Brighter Bloom Healthcare Group when they are seeking care for their own family members!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff will show you around, and answer your questions – if they do not know the answers, they will find someone who does! If you especially wish to see the Management Team, it is advisable to telephone first, otherwise it is up to you – announced or unannounced, you will always be made very welcome in our home.

Hilbre manner is a lovley home residents are well looked after an spoilt anything they want they get the management are always there with an open door policy nothing is ever to much trouble if I had a loved one who needed care hilbre manner would be my first choice .

We have 2 spotlight shining in to bed room .The lights are go on and off till 1 am most nights .Please fix the problems.we only wanted to live peace full and sleep.please don’t do this to me anymore please
