Great place!

Good enough library however, Always noisy as libraries aren't supposed to be. Strangely the main noise comes from the staff chit-chatting mindless conversations. Surprising that nobody has mentioned it.

I called in today to collect a book I had reserved online. They explained that it had been requested from another library and may not have been received yet. The young lady asked me to wait a few minutes while she went to check if it was upstairs, awaiting check-in. Five minutes later she came down with my book! Brilliant attitude, thank you. ?

A great library with a good range of books. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help you find things. Coffee machine was a great addition and I love stopping by to take a break from a busy schedule and have a 10 minute coffee and book break. Really good facilities for all ages and some great events ongoing

Great library with very helpful and kind staff. For a small fee you can get books brought in from other Leicestershire libraries, if what you want is not in stock at Hinckley.

Great selection of kids books for all ages that keep getting changed and plenty of new ones added all the time. Also have good events on regularly for kids and adults.
