Here within 30 minutes from my call to Autonational Breakdown Services. Alan hunted for the oil cap which got blown off the engine cover in a gust of wind and down, I thought to the base of the car. In fact it was between the fan wings. He was determined to find it and succeeded - well done Alan. Thank you.

Really good service. Very prompt, friendly and professional. Unfortunately I didn't ask for the gentleman's name. The job was for a Vauxhall Meriva in Sainsburys car park in Bath around 1:30pm on Sunday 22nd December.

After reporting my clutch failure to start rescue, I got a ping to say Hinton rescue would be with me within the hour. They arrived early and not only found the source of the issue (and gave some useful advice about the repair work required) but assisted in moving my car away from the junction where I broke down to make things safe until a recovery truck could get to me. They then carefully loaded and transported my car to my garage of choice which was a good hour away from my breakdown location. The two lads who attended to help me were both friendly and incredibly helpful in getting me out of a pretty unpleasant situation. Can't praise them enough! Thank you for all your help.

James and his colleagues were brilliant. I broke down in a nasty spot on blind bend, it was dark and had no power for hazards. Stayed with me when couldn't fix it and got tow truck out very quickly. Fantastic service.
