I used this car park as I had an appointment at the Salisbury Surgery which only has car parking at the front of the building for 30 mins and i did not want to risk a parking fine. However, as I had no change for the ticket machine, I used my bank card. Every time I tried to adjust the time I wanted to pay for parking (1 hour - £1.00); the screen kept saying minimum parking was 5 hours at a cost of £3.50! I did not want to be late for my appointment, so after trying several times and having the same issue, I had to pay £3.50 for 5 hours which was very frustrating. Even more so, when my appointment ran to time and I was back at my car within 22 minutes.

I have not seen a car park that takes cash for a very long time so was pleased to see this in place. not enough disabled places although free for disabled parking.
