Got my hair done from Holly in second week of October and paid £165. After a few washes I could see that the colour was already fading. I messaged Holly a week or so later and said the colour has faded and my hair is now very ashy and gingery. Holly said she would book me in for a toner. Once I mentioned I was not happy and did not want to be pay £60 for this as I already had paid £165 not even 2 weeks ago. Holly then replied to say that she has left the salon and no longer works there. But now is uploading on her Instagram ans Snapchat I would highly avoid this salon as it is literally just a money robbing service. And believe me when I say this as I travelled all the way from Manchester to get my hair done. So dissappointed and would never recommend to anyone. Save your money and time.

I am soooo happy with the way my hair turned out!!! I have very long hair and wanted to go for a big chop with a bunch of layers, Holly took careful consideration and listened to Exsctly what I wanted and gave me the best transformation with a beautiful 90’s blow out look. She is the only one I trust with my hair and like always she proved why. Can’t thank her enough the staff were all so lovely and the atmosphere and the new location was amazing thank you so much, like always I will be there same time next year! Xx

I was told my hair will take on any colour since it lifted so well therefore I trusted Holly and chose to go with a light toner, the toner did not do anything and my hair is still showing strands of Bleach!! I have also been told by other people that they can see alot of brassiness.. What a waste of £165, I have now had to spend more money to buy toners to sort this out.

My wife got her hair dyed last week, my wife showed the hairdresser a picture of the colour she wanted but the hairdresser had used a wrong colour. The hairdresser told her to come back on Monday she will fix and no extra charge but when she went there the hairdresser said she was busy and said come back on Thursday. When my wife went on Thursday she waited 2 hours and the hairdresser said she will have to pay extra to change the colour. Absolute horrible service don’t recommend this place.

Absolute awful hairdressers so unprofessional and appalling service. Money grabbing thieves and I am fuming I was charged 65 pound for a haircut I absolutely hate! Got no idea why she has got reviews that are good as my experience in this place was terrible. Holly you have no idea how to cut hair and your ability to cut a fringe is pathetic! You absolutely scammed me and i will never be coming back to this shambles of a hairdressers. Have told all my family and friends never to come here unless they want to be fleeced and come back with awful service. Got no idea how you get any clients. Over priced and unprofessional in its finest! Only got the one star as I had no choice but to put it on so I could post this. Otherwise you wouldn't get any! Fuming that you took 65 pounds from me for something I could do myself at home! Wanted my hair coloured so came for the consultation and was told that will be ok and they took my strand test. Was not told at that time that it couldnt be done. So when I actually came for my appointment was told then that as i had dark hair i couldn't get it dyed to balayage brown! So my time was wasted! Awful place, wouldn't recommend to anyone!

I would definitely not recommend this hairdressers to anyone. Very unprofessional and the worst customer service I have come across. Holly was very rude and anyone wanting to use this hairdressers you’re better off paying extra elsewhere as they are stuck up and not helpful.
