Helpful staff good amount of stuff to buy, disabled parking and friendly, organised well could see what you wanted with ease no walking for miles round loads of bits if looking for a certain thing, my pet hate is being made to go round a store just to get to an item. But this was designed nicely so I went to exactly what I needed which believe it or not will encourage me to look around as I'm not being forced to do it .

Service staff who are losing their jobs imminently is excellent! Such a shame as service is excellent. Really need another DIY store to replace Homebase when they finally close.

I have been here about 6 times in the last 3 months.
Normally only 1 till open !
The staff do not seem helpful
I wanted to buy 2 garden chairs, I asked a member of staff, but he did not seem very helpful, so we left empty handed
Another time we went upstairs to buy a toilet seat
We found a young assistant texting on her phone
When she saw us she picked up a hand held scanner an processed to scan items in the same isle as us.
We had to wait for her to finish so we could then look at the toilet seats.
The staff just do not seem interested !

Very expensive compared to other places, didn't have stock of what we went for. Looked at large plastic storage boxes, but decided to go to Dunelm as way cheaper.
