Completely devoid of any backbone or sense of duty. They have received multiple complaints from multiple individuals over a protracted period about one of their tenant families. There were 12 separate complaints on a single day including thefts, damage, threats and anti-social behaviour, but they still refuse to remove them despite their own policy stating that they would. Incompetent individuals employed by this company who are happy to take the pay but not actually do any work.

Came and redone path and has made it so dangerous you can't walk on it. It's gone green with mold and mildew. The slip hazard is off the charts and this has been happening since August. I am informed to wait for a call, that is all. I have stated if any accident occurs as a result I will be taking legal actions. Their response "do what you feel you have too". I was told not to ring back as will only be told to wait for a call. Stated they have a delay, I explained it's been 5 months. Yeah won't be this year was their reply. Disgusting company who are sacrificing safety of their tenants for profit.

Update. Came and fixed Path at the end of July. It's a foot high but is solid. Finally competed job that took 12 months. The workingman that attended was excellent.

Myself and my neighbour got harrased by neighbours....painted sills on window frame by neighbour, management were told..and ignored us.but would visit other neighbour who was acting ill so manager would go round then went to pub when she left him. Managers took hers and his side, didn't ask for our side, other nasty stuff happened. Neighbour and 2 friends got into my loft and made noise..probably took loft insulation. Luckily i moved out shortly after. My friend moved to another of their sites and is getting hassle started obviously by the same manager who was and is friendly with the people near my friend who left over 18 months.Some people shouldnt be in these jobs!! My partner and i including our 1yr old have been intimidated since the day we move into our property and have form the day we started reporting the problem we have been told it is all in our heads. When we asked to move we got told we don’t care you deal with it. Customer relations is a joke as we get time repairs are our job we would never recommend this firm for anybody to rent from completely unprofessional and don’t care about tennates welfare

Another useless council building all they have is a locked door with covered in useless number's that leave you wishing you hadn't bothered. You would be better starting at the citizens advice bureau and working back from there. Waste of a building in my opinion

(Updated 18/10/17) They have money for fancy new stone and slate for their office but nothing to help tenants whose homes are no longer habitable or safe (despite stating in their tenancy agreement that they do). Unhelpful and uncaring staff. Never answer the phone. Been on hold for more hours than I've slept these past three weeks.

Severnside housing are a waste of time, as long as you are up to date with your rent they could not care less what state your property is in, what goes on with tenants, or any sort of anti-sociable behaviour that takes place. Phones calls are not answered messages aren’t passed on and repairs are an absolute joke.I’ve had two new sink plugs (the fancy ones) replaced because the water was leaking out of the sink and still the sink is not holding the water.when I checked both new ones have no seals on them which they should have.Anything which holds a liquid needs a seal I’m no plumber but I know that, it’s not rocket science. I am disabled social services and my support workers tried to contact severnside housing several times to try and arrange for me to get another hand rail put up the stairs, without any response from them nothing could be done.Six months later severnside maintenance man turned up out of the blue to fit the hand rail.The hand rail is no longer safe as they did not plug it to the wall before putting the screws in so now it’s so loose it’s coming off the wall.I think they must employ anybody with a pulse whether they are qualified or not.I’ve only given one star as you can’t put a minus.
