Well lit shop and easy access for disabled. Good quality clothes at a affordable price. Staff and volunteers are really helpful and friendly. I will have to go back and see what they have. Very pleased with what I have bought from this charity shop. Going to do they lottery. The charity wins and I could win. So everyone wins. So happy to help.

A visit to this branch has left me in tears and humiliated. I was returning a faulty electrical device bought last week in the exeter branch - with the receipt. The manager was curt from the off because the sticker had come off. (I had not realised i or my husband had taken it off)taken it off) It was clearly a problem which really surprised me. She needs a lesson in de escalating rather than fueling customer disputes. I have multiple chronic illnesses and as well as waiting for a procedure on a herniated disc. I don't go out very often because of this. I had to sit on the floor because she was phoning someone to make a complaint about me .i was clearly shaking and very upset. I tossed my card across the counter and said please just process refund.either do it or do t but don't leave me waiting clearly distressed and tell me I am over reacting. When I told the.ladiies that I was unwell I struggle she snapped try having bowl cancer. She knows nothing about me and my illnesses. What a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Totally unnecessary and unexpected.
