First time I've been here today.
Me and my child love going to the charity shops in different areas, Chester le st was our choice of place today. We were shocked at the prices in some places but we popped in here and everything was £1 where are you ever gonna find deals like that?! I think it was just for today to make way for new items so we were lucky but tbh the original prices weren't to bad neither. Will deffo pop by again when their new stock is in, nice lass and her dog behind the counter, just a all round nice shop 👌

My husband abd I recently returned a boxed microscope set which we bought for our 7yr old grandson only to find it wasnt working properly.
The day we bought it we found the volunteer assistant very helpful and friendly but on thursday the atmosphere on returning an item was not the same.
The manageress was very unfriendly made us feel very uncomfortable we bought it in good faith and we were made to feel as though we were trying to pull a fast one.
The manageress tried to put the item together herself with great difficulty and made us stand and wait quite awhile until she reluctanly offered us a refund.
We would not have returned it if we found it in working order it was definitely faulty.
Because it's a charity shop I bought a couple of items for her for £4 to deduct from the £9.99 we were getting refunded and then my husband even donated £2 back. SO the shop gained £6 we only ended up with £3.99
I think we were treated awful and I will never set foot in there again.
I have myself worked as a charity volunteer and never treat people the way we were that day.

This is a charity shop that doesn't feel like a charity shop! It feels like shopping at a regular high street shop... except the prices are fantastic.

There's a really good range of clothing, toys, books, homewares etc. and everything is in great condition and beautifully presented. It's brilliant to find such huge bargains, and also to know that you're helping homeless and vulnerable people at the same time.

The staff are friendly, fun and so helpful you wouldn't believe it.

I massively massively recommend Hope 🙌💖

A great cause and shop: Helping the homeless or disadvantaged in the community. I regularly visit this shop. I love the fact that the staff are volunteers and cheerful. I have donated many times to this store. I alstroemeria have bought a few bargains from here. Definitely recommend that you visit, for a bargain. I recently picked up a brilliant book for only 50p for goodness sake!!! I donate all the clothes I can no longer fit into here, I like supporting local charities
