Hope House at Oteley Road has such a welcoming environment. The staff, whether that's volunteers or not, are such thoughtful and considerate people. They help me with anything I need and are just such kind heated and hardworking people! The shop is extremely clear and has a wonderful organisation, I can definitely tell where in the shop I need to go depending on what I'm looking for, it's well laid out and pleasing to the eye. The prices are affordable and cost effective, which is very considerate and helps many people! The quality of the stock is perfection and definitely worth your money (as mine)!!
I totally recommend going to Hope House in Oteley Road. You can really tell the staff and volunteers try their best in succeeding in this beautiful charity and it's causes.
