Hi , I just visited today and I am not really happy with the behaviour of anyone in that nursery. In month of Jan, they booked a visit for my baby and told me that I will get a space from the month of April for my baby. I took off from my work and went to nursery today. No one attended me I waited too long outside at the door with my baby, that was not a good attitude at all. After long time manager came and told me they dont have space for my baby till September. I am really disappointed with her behaviour, at least she can sent an email about this but she didn't sent any email.

My daughter has been attending Hopscotch Peacehaven for about 6 months now and we couldn’t be happier with it. From the very beginning the staff have been amazing, helping my daughter settle in seamlessly and now with regular updates on her progress.
I was nervous sending her as we had a bad experience with a previous nursery but it’s the best decision I’ve made. I feel completely comfortable with them and most importantly my daughter LOVES going, she even asks to go to nursery on her days off, which speaks volumes!

Our daughter started at Hopscotch Peacehaven in August 2023 and it was the best decision we have ever made. From the very first day, we were made to feel so welcomed and listened to. The care that they give our daughter goes above and beyond and is very person centered. She does 4 days a week and is always super excited to arrive each morning. The skills she has learnt since joining have been wonderful to see, and that is down to the highly skilled nursery practitioners that care for her. They give our daughter the care and attention that we would at home. When we collect her each day, the atmosphere is brilliant and all the children there appear so happy and content. We would recommend Hopscotch nursery every day to anyone that was thinking of sending their children.

Hopscotch has been an absolute delight for our family. Our daughter has been attending for about 6 months now, and we couldn't be happier with her experience. Seeing how our children grow and develop their skills and confidently handles their emotions; we can say that Hopscotch has been a great support for us to raise them well in this crucial stages. Our first daughter started at 9months and she is soon to start proper school which she is excited about because hopscotch has done well preparing her for this new journey. Hopscotch peacehaven staff are all helpful and easy to approach and have conversations. They will always prioritise each (individualised) child’s interests, focus on their individual needs and also consider parent’s input to the child’s learning. There is continuity of process of learning and development between the nursery and home. Our second child who is now 2 year old boy started at 6months and we never hesitated to start him at this age as we feel comfortable and happy with peacehaven hopscotch; despite a minor condition he had and from the time he had his surgery and went back to nursery, the staff has been amazing, helpful and very supportive.

My Daughter loved it here, often asking if she could go on days when she wasn't due to. She started at 7 months old and stayed till she started school. I always had complete peace of mind when she attended. Knowing she would be well looked after and have great experiences. All the staff are very friendly and approachable. Always happy to have a chat if needed. My son has just started and loving it. Aways happy to be handed over and giving the staff big smiles which speaks volumes.

My daughter joined Hopscotch last year at age 3 after she was diagnosed with Autism and Development Language Disorder. I can honesty say that since joining she has made a huge amount of progress not only with her speech but with her social communication delays as well. She absolutely loves it there and adores her key workers Ellie and Louise. It has been the best decision I've made moving her to Hopscotch. I would recommend this nursery to all parents including those with SEN children. I can not rate the nursery highly enough for their ability to adapt to practices and procedures throughout the pandemic and keeping our children safe. Thank You Hopscotch Peacehaven 🙂
