have real concern re how this place is run and who runs this place/ seem to discriminate and deliberately lie to people tomput them off from coming there so are they another fake charity/ happy to get money but don't help people or do they just discriminate against white British when manager asked if they help some white British she said "a few" when asked if they help black people she said "yes".

As a family member of someone who used this carers service, I have to say it has been a horrible experience.

You would assume as they work with vulnrable and elderly individuals, staff would be trained and professional. Sadly this is not the case, ranging from individuals that come into the home, to people who work in the office.

On several occasions carers have not turned up, without notification, and when phoning the office the attitude recieved was "deal with it yourself". We have had people who work for hopscotch break items in the house and scream and shout. This is only slight look into the experience with hopscotch.

To top it all, they have cancelled carers coming into the home altogether without no notification. I see this as neglect and major cause for concern.

My advice would be to do your research and steer clear of this carers agency. I truly wish i could give them a no star rating!
