Directed here by local road signage because it offered free parking, which indeed it does. It's then a short downhill walk to the Bure riverside at Horning.
The parking is on solid ground (small stone chippings) so good and firm with no mud etc.
Parking definitely recommended ?

Lovely little green with some Shady spots so the dogs could cool down ... Everyone was very friendly and polite too

We went here with our classic car club to support the Horning Boat Show and found it very roomy and spacious. If anyone is thinking of holding anything in this village hall don’t hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

The Village Hall is a wonderful little space, where the whole community enjoy the amenities, and beautiful open spaces. Having met a few of the locals whilst gas replacement work was going, and even though we were the culprits bringing a little bit of upheaval to their village, we were greeted every day by friendly, understanding, and very supportive locals. Just wish we'd been at The Village Hall for the communal fish and chip supper on the eve of The Grand National. A wonderfully spirited and thriving community, with The Village Hall at the hub of it all.

Nice large playing field and park for the kids.
Downsides are the field has quite a few large divets in so have to be careful if running about and no public toilets.

We called here to use the car park, there is a good green to walk your dog and there is also a play area for young children
