The staffs are not helpful.Poor customer service.When you take any stuffs to the counter a lady over there always says “ Oo it’s wrongly priced”( it’s like she is giving something from her pocket) I don’t know what’s wrong with her ?It happened to me 3 times.If something is priced already by them they should give it to the customer to that price.I think she is only having problem with dark skinned people.Sorry to say that but that’s the truth.Once i went with my little one and she choose one of the toy from there and same story happened she said ‘’ O it’s wrongly priced and she ask me the price as same in eBay,she checked the price in front of me and she said it’s very expensive..and my daughter was so sad about what happened.Its Really annoying..I noticed each time when I went to the store, during payment time she always says it’s very expensive.Never give anything happily.
The manager is good but he always favor the staffs never the customers.

I had a very high opinion of Horsham Matters before today. I phoned on Friday to check if they would accept certain items. This morning having washed all the items and loaded the car, we arrived to be greeted by a fairly hostile officious blonde lady, who kept saying, "won't take this, won't take this." There wasn't a single thank you. I won't ever donate here again. It made me feel as if she was doing me a favour taking the items she deemed acceptable. I left with half a car load, which British Heart Foundation were delighted to receive, and thanked us profusely. A little courtesy goes a long way.

A man who works at your donation centre (tall, moustache) was extremely and unjustifiably rude to me while I was delivering some items this morning. I do not accept being spoken to in the way he did, so HM will no longer be my preferred local charity for making donations. There are, more than ever, plenty of other worthy causes out there to choose to support.

Best charity shop, EVER!! I shop here, regularly, as it’s great to upcycle and find bargains. Great value, friendly staff/volunteers and always new stock to entice custom. Thoroughly recommend visiting this store.
So far I’ve found bargain furniture, musical instruments, cds, DVDs, exercise equipment and crockery and glassware.
