I’ve been in catering for over 40 years now(where has the time gone), 20 years cheffing and over 20 years as a head chef.
You could say it’s been my life. I can’t say I’ve enjoyed it and I’ve left it at times but always returned. Last year I had a life changing accident which has now closed the pas for the last time. I’ve found my self in a terrible situation and we are struggling a lot.
We found Hospitality Action group and they offered to help. After giving details and situations I find myself being offered a grant to help out.
Thank you Sue and everyone at Hospitality Action. You have really helped and knowing what I’ve give to the industry it’s loverly to receive a helping hand back.

With our the help from these people I would still not be sleeping well I have a tumour in the spine and lost control over my function so you can imagine what happened the cancer people put me I touch with these people and a lady called Joe helped me get the grant to get a bed and a carpet the bed helps with the spine so I no longer wake up in pain well not as much and a nice clean carpet I cannot thank all these people for caring my partner hads large depts and there is no way we could afford either so a big thank you to you all Kind regards and a big thank you janet xxx
