Despite contacting Customer Service I am getting nowhere.
The cafe on the 5th floor in the Plymouth Store charges £3.50 for a regular latte and £3.80 for a large latte despite the fact that both the cups even though they are different shapes contain the same amount of coffee. I told the manager there about this last year and was told they would fix it. They haven’t they are still charging you £3.80 for the same amount of coffee you can buy fr £3.50!
The coffee and scones are average (that’s all we’ve had there).The one star is purely for the fact that they are seeing customers off by putting coffee is different shape cups and fooling people into thinking they are having more coffee in the large cup when in actual fact they aren’t!!!!

Foul. Popped in for breakfast. Wish we hadn't. The staff member was rude and irritated when we asked what they had ( we couldn't see as was covered in foil ) everything was tepid and greasy when we eventually got it.
The final insult was the ladies toilet which seemed to have not been cleaned since the 80s with the radiator turning into it's own biosphere of mould.
This could be an absolute gem of a restaurant but with today's offerings I am not coming back to check!

Love to shop here the wife and I top brand names like Armani, Hugo boss, Deisel, Levi, Barbour, ect. There is a lovely cafe on the top floor and toilets.

We went to the restaurant and had a fantastic breakfast today, staff were all really friendly. But I honestly could not believe the state of the toilets, I was shocked how run down they’ve got, only 2 toilets in use and both wouldn’t flush, I was nearly sick at seeing the state of them!

Empty, tired, shabby former shelll of a once bright, delightful, upmarket department store. Ladies toilets are stuck in the 1980's and are in dire need of a refurb. Some cubicles are out of order! The cafe was actually very pleasant and clean, with a good range of tasty food and drinks. Great views to look out on whilst eating lunch, but living off its glory days, which are fading fast! The large area next to the café was completely empty with chairs and tables dumped in the corner. No where was busy and the only people I saw were fellow diners, so maybe that is proping it up, money wise. Staff members were few and far between and I fear it won't be around much longer. It must be running at a loss. Sad to see it like this, but like,a lot of Plymouth residents who venture into town, I really don't need to shop there. I used to and I used to enjoy Xmas shopping, but it is slowly dying a slow death and sadly, I realise I am part of the problem.

The last of the department stores, and if it weren't for the restaurant on top floor and toilets there l can't think of any reason why l'd visit, the actual floors in between very tired and overly expensive, seems to be deliberate attempt at running it down maybe restaurant very nice though

Staff are polite and helpful, but I was miffed why a cabin case was going for half price reduced from two hundred and forty pounds to two hundred and twenty pounds! Somebody has to have more money than sense paying full price. They do have the American tourist cabin case for one hundred and nine pounds which I find better value than the half price case.
