Took my son for his 1st counselling session and was greated by someone saying I can't go in with him even though it was part of his original doctors referral. I asked my son whether he wanted me to go in with him to which she spoke over him saying he'll be fine

There is not an entire thing that I could say badly about House of Light. I had worked with my therapist Elizabeth, since February and she had such an impact on how far that I have come. I always felt involved with decision making, planning and my goals for the future and I successfully acheived all of this. If it wasn't for Elizabeth, I don't think I would of got through the rest of my pregnancy as well as I did having her to talk too and express my difficulties too.

So thankyou, I know you'll succeed in helping others just like you helped me.

I had shaneen for my counselling, she was very nice and she tried her best to help my difficult times , shed helped me with depression but my anxiety is still not right so needing cbt hopefully this helps as what's not right is driving me crazy with me mentally and physically, a really big thank you for your support shaneen your amazing, good luck with everything
