Our patio was showing its age, grout disintegrating, weeds & ants between slabs.
This company said when they had finished our refurbishment " we would be proud of it".
They finished in Nov 2022, it is now 7 mouths later.
The patio is clean, the new grout is disintegrating, there are 15 holes in the patio which are now home to weeds and ants!!
As a bonus they killed all my plants either side of the patio with their brick acid applied whilst trying to remove grout slopped over the slabs.
We have shiny white patches every where after they applied a sealant when it was too damp and cold ( against manufacturers instructions)
A surveyors report we ordered says " not of a workmanship
manner."
So NO we are not proud of our patio and suggest everyone stays away from this unprofessional, sloppy company.
