Our process was very stressful and it took 7 months. However it wasn't because of HRJ. Alison took care of us when going through buying our house. We could always contact her or when she was off then someone else was taking care of our case. She was always prompt and dealt with anything in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Unable to engage. Took my passport, all docs. Selling a freehold. I opened the door to a lady who scowled at me and (100% true) said 'I thought that door was locked'. She said I couldn't see somebody until I had received a quote. I said that I was an interested in the cost but very interested in who I would be dealing with. She actually refused to ask if somebody was available to see me. You really couldn't make this one up. My btl house is sold subject to contract to my tenant who have the mortgage offer in their hands!

As we get more obsessed with and possessed by compliance and process businesses will fail.

Absolutely useless Solicitors firm. Asked for an appointment, didn't call me back as they said they would to arrange a time/date, called them back as I thought they forgot then they put the phone down on me. As soon as I called them back the receptionist was rude over the phone and hung up on me again. Do not recommend. Easier to go elsewhere
