Sue has been amazing working with my anxiety and helping me through some difficult feelings and getting me through difficult events I could not have navigated on my own. She’s very balanced and thoughtful and has helped me through. I cannot recommend this service enough.

My journey started a year ago. How did I manage to pick this particular team. More than half of me was completely done, one little spark wanted to live. Really live! I was totally controlled by rules and had lost the love of my life. I had no idea that there maybe more. I was a suicidal drunkard who would have fought the world for peace, love and a hug. Dave and Sue came to hell with me and never left my side. I am like a child now finding my own stability and slowly learning to trust again. I now have a solid foundation and finding so much beauty around me. I asked them for help they stood by me in my hell and I worked so hard with their help to find a life. If you are willing to go back to hell and rearrange it. Work, work,work for what you really want Dave and Sue are your tribe. Their dedication is incredible and now I am no longer alone. I was struggling with anxiety which was manifesting itself in physically shaking and low self esteem. I was also in a heavily reliant relationship meaning that I didn’t place any importance on my own needs.

Working through my learnt behaviours and thoughts/fears has given me tools to have a better self awareness and begin to take control of me anxiety rather than it taking hold of me.

Sue has helped me with anxiety, confidence and rebuilding trust in work, expectations of relationships and my self worth through a combination of counselling and reiki. I now have a very balanced healthy lifestyle and I make time for myself.

I really appreciate Sue’s techniques enabling me to express how I’m really feeling and I look forward to our sessions. Would and have recommended her amazing support and cannot thank her enough.
