Hugford Construction Ltd are a fantastic company, Professional, thorough and their work is impeccable. They completed a 1st floor extension on our house, which included adding a extra bedroom and extending our kitchen. They project managed the entire thing from plans and building to the electrics and kitchen fitting. Along with some internal decorating as well. The work was done in the time they stated it would be done in (despite bad weather) They always showed up on time and worked extra when needed, all included in the quoted price. Ben and Pete have got a fantastic set of lads working with them, always friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about these guys.

When we decided to replace our tired and outdated conservatory with a new extension and open plan ground floor layout we appointed Hugford as our main contractor to deliver the design drawn up by LMC Architecture.

In short, we feel so fortunate to have chosen Ben and the team.

Right from the first meeting (before the contract was awarded) we could tell that so much thought had already been given to the project. When the quote was drawn up for the work it was detailed and fully costed with a clear phased payment structure that filled us with confidence.

When it came to the works, the guys were so respectful of our property and took great care to keep the site tidy and our home useable during the build and it genuinely was a pleasure to have them on site every day.

The quality and finish of the build is outstanding, we are quite demanding when it comes this aspect of the job and we can honestly say our expectations have been exceeded.

As you would expect of a reputable firm, they were very busy so we did have to wait a few months for the work to commence, but even this worked in our favour as Ben kept in contact during this time and used it help us refine our ideas for the internal layouts and finishing. The final outcome was well worth the wait.

The project was completed to the agreed schedule and on budget which is almost unheard of in construction. We are so pleased with the outcome that we have already booked the guys in for another project for summer 2024.

We have no hestiation in reccommending Hugford as we are very satisfied clients.
