Brought someone else here for an appointment and she was very happy. She said the people were kind and the waiting area was calming. They also have parking, which is handy on this road.

Won't speak about the charity side, but the profit making support service they pretend to provide is terrible. They completely abandoned many clients during the pandemic and have Introduced disrcrimitory terms of service , hiked their prices and replaced decent compassionate managers with authoritarian pen pushers only concerned with profit
They also have a monopoly in the East Riding. Action against them is ongoing.

Mind has really helped me. It is well worth contacting them if you have mental health problems. They offer one to one counselling, as well as courses, groups, etc.
It is easy to find, has full wheelchair access and has lots of on street parking close by.

I had to phone police due to data protection breach by staff members
After making several complaints no action taken I was left no choice but to report them to the charities commission which is their regulator
The situation is currently ongoing

I have emailed them for help and advice several times but NEVER had a reply. Not even so much as "thanks for your enquiry but we are unable to assist you" even that would have been nice.

I feel very let down by the very service that is supposed to help and assist people like me with depression.
