I have been attacked numerous times since living here and despite violence being strictly against the license agreement I have seen no repercussions of this leading me to believe they blame me for being attacked. I believe they only care if you are violent towards the staff. They have housed me during a time of need and a lot of the staff have bent over backwards for me in many ways so this stark lack of safeguarding and authority to enforce their own rules is very disappointing.

They were able to house me when I was homeless going through hell and back, I am forever grateful, any bad reviews on this place are all selfish reviews and aren’t taking general things into account, the staff are polite and pleasant to deal with.
