Good service for the most part. The guys usually on the tills are very patient and helpful.. however I just want to point out for the manager/owner's attention that the forklift driver that usually loads the timber is going to hurt someone really bad with his dangerous manoeuvring of the machine. The workers outside don't seem to be bothered about it either. The man spins the machine like robot wars. Someone needs to have a word please. Thank you.

Absolutely the best guys working here, I have been coming here for 4 years now I have never experienced any negativity. People giving bad comments are just biased and racist, if you are happy to pay double of the prices like, wickes and B&Q why approach people are making others smile. Just because you don't get things your way doesn't mean they must abide by your social luck of community.

Every time I come here it’s closed although it says it’s open

My joiner ordered all the stuff he required over the phone and I when we asked if we could pay over the phone they told us to call back in half an hour. Called back a dozen times and didn’t answer. So I went into the store to pay and to confirm delivery date and time. They agreed to deliver the next morning (today) but I’m still waiting on the delivery now at 16:30. Doubt it will now be delivered. They may be cheaper than other places but they don’t seem to be reliable. Causing me plenty of stress as now my joiner is a day behind on his work and we are on a tight schedule with this project.

Absolutely ripped us off, we went there to get a quote for wood piece’s, when we were ready to buy the next day the price was increased by 25% on the last minute when we had loaded the wood on to the vehicle, after arguing and listening to BS excuse’s they dropped the price by 10%, we had the receipt from the original quote but they started claiming it was for the wrong wood when clearly it was the exact same. Very greedy business owner, carefull dealing with them, nothing has a proce tag on it, they price things according to the customer car and status.
