If you are looking for a professional organisation that offers great aftercare then DO NOT use this company. Any windows etc that you have fitted that include this so called 10 year insurance backed guarantee is a pure fantasy.
We have 12 sash windows fitted and 8 of them now have broken springs and will not stay open. I contacted VEKA or INVEKA or INDEPENDENT NETWORK and they were not interested at all. They make the claim form so difficult and it takes about 2 hours to complete the form. You also have to complete a separate claim for each fault and pay £100 excess for each fault. If you speak to their staff on the phone they are very rude and condescending and not helpful at all. Considering the fact that we paid over £16,000 for our windows you do expect them to last a little longer and when things go wrong a better customer service experience. We would not use or recommend this company again.

This company are very unprofessional. They gave us a (wonderful ) 10 year guarantee for our total double glazing and replacement but when we had a problem they didn't want to know. Certificate of guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on. Would definitely not recommend.

Agree with what others have said. Guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on. Terrible customer service and recommendations of even worse tradesmen. Avoid.
