Amazing provider who care so much and have given our lad the best opportunity to succeed. When he left college we were worried that his life would just be meaningless. He is now a dj on Inspireds Radio Statuon and has made lots of new friends who he talks to on line every night whilst gaming. He is part of a team making a game as well which is amazing and he is the happiest he has ever been (we did worry about his depression and lack of friends). The support workers have been amazing with him and keep us updated with what is going on. I have seen all the policies and procedures and I am happy that he is safe and well and enjoying his life for a change. Happy lad happy family.

Arriving at Inspired Support in November of 2019 with lots of support from directors including house visits and even taking time out of their own day to take me there and bring me home again, I arrived at our then office at NDC Gateshead, I was met by a throughly welcoming mentor and other service users. Beginning by talking about what I am interested in and showing my wildlife photography portfolio I had completed myself…I was set to work learning industry leading techniques within software I had no experience in, coached by my mentor/industry professional!

Fast forward to Covid, in which we were provided with all the materials needed to attend zoom meetings daily and stay in contact with each other…Inspired Support (to my knowledge) the only leading service in the North East providing support right throughout Covid through whatever means were necessary!

Coming out of Covid we moved into a new office where we were part of a larger group of clients all working towards the same goal of improving our life, supported by many members of staff from all different lives & working backgrounds.

Since being at the new office I have learned lots of new skills including building websites, filming techniques, production of magazine adverts etc including building our own Inspired Support website which I still manage. Even acquiring some external unpaid work experience in which I have built websites/done some design work. I know that personally since starting here in 2019 my confidence is higher, my anxiety has calmed down and I'm improving everyday to be more independent in trying new things! - even doing something as simple as going on a photography walk around the city centre. I love it here and couldn’t imagine life without it.

I commend all the staff and management who will go out of their way to do anything to support us clients, they truly are one of a kind…Inspired Support wouldn't be here without them, and I personally thank them for their continued advice and support!

Excellent company, a place where service users can come and truly be themselves and work on various projects that they choose with guidance from industry professionals across the realms of Art, Music, Sport, Graphic design, Gaming, Podcasts and much much more.

Very poor organisation, appalling treatment of staff and service users. Senior director has put many vulnerable at risk with his unprofessional and hedonistic behaviour. Not sure how they keep going. Very sad that this still happens in this day and age. Do not send your loved ones here.

Inspired support has helped me so much with life and are the reason i am currently at university, the staff have helped me understand my disability and learned to see it as apart off who i am and not a condition that weighs me down. The staff have helped me with depression and severe anxiety as well, i full reccomend this to anyone on any part off the spectrun as you build a bond with the staff and they help you grow as a person and they are all avilable to contact outside off hours if you require the help.

before coming to this inspired support place i had next to no confidence in myself, i still have rather low confidence but it is much better than before, most people are really friendly, and the staff come up with things for you to do based on your interests, i myself have started learning to edit and upload videos to youtube, and without coming to inspired i would not be able to even work out how to crop videos down or create the effects that i have. this is getting rather long, but there are so many things that could help people with difficulties. I would definitely at least trying to come here and find out what inspired is all about, and hell if your days are on thursdays or fridays ya might see me around, have a chat and see how i feel about it. over all 10/10

Poorly run with no training bullying manipulation and don’t safeguard the service users … definitely shouldn’t be trading … it’s all about the money …
