Honestly, worst experience I ever get! First of all it took them 2and half hours to do my nails. Take off and new acrylic set. Nothing complicates,simple white tip!
Nails are uneven, not smooth, bulky and raised. This is not what you would expect if you pay £47 pounds. They even charge extra £5 for white tip. Asked for sharp square and this is what I got. After two hours I didn’t even want to argue with them anymore! Seriously do not go there. Ladies really nice but they are not trained at all.

I had my nails done here for the first time today and Sushma was so helpful and made my nails look beautiful! I usually go for acrylics but she recommended BIAB to help strengthen my nails and I love them. Such a lovely beauty studio, definitely my new favourite 😍💅🏻

I paid £40 Last photo shows what I wanted, the rest shows what I got. I wanted extensions with acrylic, I thought they will use nail forms to build the extension with acrylic clear nude powder for the base but plastic tips were placed and filed on the sides making my nails shooting upwards in a 45 degree. Some nails look les like they were a week old, as it doesn’t go up high enough to the cuticles and I just left the salon a few hours before these photos were taken. I had a lot of confidence after seeing your work on the instagram page as the nails there are absolutely gorgeous, maybe it’s just one of your nail techs who do an excellent job. The French I wanted had a very deep smile line I saw examples of this on your Instagram. Even though I highlighted this over and over again. The lady did try and went back to add/modify where I asked although I don’t think she was very pleased, and it was still not how I wanted exactly as per photo I showed but I didn’t feel comfortable keep asking to modify so I left it. They should almost start at the top corner as per photo I showed, to achieve the same look. I mentioned it multiple times, but the lady didn’t seem to understand. Maybe it was language barrier, not sure. I’m very disappointed especially for how my nails are shooting upwards. I emailed you guys first in the hope that I could get the issue rectified, but as I received no response to my email I am now leaving this review.

I phoned the place to check price for male waxing for back and chest. The lady on the phone said for back, it will be £10 minimum if hair is small amount and maximum £20 if a lot of hair. The same will apply for chest.

So i went there and had the back done and i didnt bother with the chest. As i went to pay, the lady says the price is £35 for back and £15 to do shoulder and upper arm (They didnt even mention there is a separate charge for shoulder and upper arm). Anyway, clearly i was not happy and challenged it. I reluctactly paid £30 and left. The lady had the cheek to ask me if i wanted a loyalty card. I'll be considering letting trading standards know for misleading information. Had they told me correct price, i would have shopped around.

In relation to shoulder and upper arm. They shouldnt have charged extra for that. If you look at the website under male grooming, they list back wax and chest wax. Were they planning to leave the shoulder and upper arm alone? 🤦‍♂️

Had my nails done by Maria today. Perfect classic French manicure with gel polish. She was so thorough and gentle and really cares about her artistry! She took time to understand what I wanted. I normally feel rushed in these places but Maria took her time and was so polite and lovely. The lady who greeted me was lovely too. Thanks, In.Style team! I will definitely be back.
