Staff at IAT Pelsall are unfailingly helpful, sad that something that happened 5 years ago is still on the web. The present manager who is a lady has turned the shop around

Great place to get books locally but they sell a diverse range of items and they do maintain a level of quality - they're not just chucking any old thing on the rail. Staff are always friendly and pleasant.

Extremely rude staff. Was looking at the books and they literally told me to leave which really did shock me. Will be contacting their head office to let them know what kind of staff they have. You would usually be happy and helpful with customers but not these women and especially the man (assume hes the manager). You need to learn a few manners.
WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE EVER AGAIN.
