We are downsizing so we are giving lots of stuff to charity shops. We were amazed to see that this was a drive in for donations to Isobel. It is very convenient if you have lots of stuff. It was well organised and the staff very helpful.

Friend and I had bags of stuff to donate. Took 20 mins to get there. Plenty of parking and staff are so organised. They manage large containers so items can be placed quickly eg books, dvds, clothes.... Staff are helpful and we were delighted to donate.

Booked up as requested for a drop off time and parking bay.
Arrived to find that there are not 5 parking spaces as directed on the web booking page. There is only a disabled area for dropping off. Not quite sure what is going on and it's a very difficult road to find parking in to wait as the area around the hospice bulding has parked lorries. However, we did manage to drop off when our turn came to pull into the one space and it was very easy after that.
