I have been making donations to Islamic Aid since 2015. I feel I can trust Islamic Aid that my donation does get to Muslim brothers who do need it most. My donation is not huge and I hope it give them smiles. Thank you for your good work.

I’ve had an amazing experience with the charity. Their dedication to helping those in need, whether through emergency relief, education, or sustainable development projects, is truly inspiring. The transparency in their donations and the impact they create make it easy to trust and support their work. May they continue to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

The example of those who spend their wealth in the cause of Allah is that of a grain that sprouts into seven ears, each bearing one hundred grains. And Allah multiplies the reward even more to whoever He wills. For Allah is All-Bountiful, All-Knowing. [Qur’an 2:261]

We as Muslims and also all caring and sensitive non Muslims should and must give to charity. There are millions of less privileged people who need our help. I'm fairly satisfied with Islamic Aid. I would recommend Islamic Aid for your generous donations.

I sent some donations to islamic aid in form of sadqah few times and i have been really pleased with the experience. Upon making donation you get a follow up email confirming and a thankyou gesture. The website is very informative and has lots of interesting information and pictures.
You can set up a one off payment or recurring direct debit.
And i have 100% faith and trust in islamic aid.

Donate at your own risk. Negating bad press from the past (which I was not aware of at time of making my donation), post making a donation I started being harassed with emails seeking more donations. I didn’t opt in for these marketing emails, so I opted out (unsubscribed).

Did the emails stop? No. Initially I would simply delete them, but then I also formally exercised my right to be forgotten. Send the email to the email address advertised on their website.

Did I get a reaponse? No.
Did IslamicAid forget me? No. I still continue to get emails.

I know Islamic aid made some mistakes / questionable decisions in the past, but you might think that having used donation money to pay for fines would be the end of it. That they would have learnt their lesson, got rid of bad apples within the senior team. Oh no, looks like they are still doing whatever they like without any consideration for what’s right.

Bottom line, I would strongly encourage you to donate your money to another charity that is more worth of your donation. One in which you have hope they will do what they say.

I believe it is important to give back to people who are in need. We humans we complain too much about the tiniest things in life, when really we should learn to be more greatful about things in general. There are people out there who have nothing. I put myself in others shoes and I also try to live a humble life and not be greedy. I always think what if I was in their place, I would appreciate support and help. I have the ability to do this. I keep everyone in my prayers and I hope they pray for me too. What motivated me to do this as I have explained one of the reason for it also me and my family we are going through a very difficult time right now and every prayer for me and my family is very essential. May Allah helps us all and give us all plenty of SBR Ameen.
