Service is worst,this is not how charity works.
May Allah give them hidayat. I was thinking to buy one table from there and on regular basis I use to visit their... Almost knows the price of everything, when I want to buy the table original price was 10£ but the lady told me 20£. I was in shock written price is something else and then she scratched the price out of the table... Really feel sorry for Muslims...on the second hand I saw one water mat for baby whic actually £3 online and they are selling it for 4£ ... And it was in rough condition

Disgusting behaviour of staff. Full of lies. This place is no charity but in reality a business. Asked for swimwear price was told £5 when we went to the till started to say £5 each for top n £5 for bottoms. When asked why when we asked the price she didn't say the correct amount? Could not provide a legitimate answer. This is Disgusting. Over price and 100 % a business. Donations are never 100% as they make profits on them. Saw item price marked for 79p twin pack. They priced it for £2. Where is your islamic morals on trade Scam and unprofessional

My mum visits this shop often so I joined her today and I was appalled. The staff have no awarenesss of how to price things. A brand new pack of mania newborn nappies which we’re priced at £3 and they are 89pence to purchase in the shop. Another item was a pack of b&m washing pegs which were opened and a few were missing. Which were clearly marked of retail price of 99pence and they were priced by Islamic relief for £1.50 it makes no sense. These are a few examples of things I saw. They need to take this feedback on board the whole point of charity shops is to get rid and make more money for charity. So why would you price things as more expensive than what they retail for.

As I'm not a Muslim I got turned away. I fully love and support all religion and feel like I may aswell be dead no offer of support for me and my pregnant wife. They are a charity but will not help with handing out charity just take take take. Fact

The workers are friendly everything is neatly put away and Islamic relief being a charity shop, the clothes and items sold here are really cheap for quality clothing
